What's Included:
All photography instruction. Lodging, food, and transportation during the workshop.
Not Included:
Travel to and from the workshop location. Lodging or transportation before or after workshop.
For this workshop, we will be staying at the Toad Hall Rooms in the Stonehaven area, and you will be responsible for getting there and departing on your own.
You can fly into Aberdeen, which would be logistically the easiest, where you can catch a taxi to the resort or I can come pick you up at the airport, which is about 25 mins away from the Toadhall Rooms.
If you’re flying to Edinburgh, then you can either catch the train from there to Stonehaven, where I can pick up, or you can rent a car and drive yourself, which is about a 2 hour drive.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per person is required to reserve your space on the workshop.
Final payment is due 120 days prior to the workshop start date.
If a participant cancels:
• More than 120 days before the workshop start date: Any payments made beyond the $1,000 deposit will be refunded.
• 60–120 days before the workshop start date: 50% of payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
• Less than 60 days before the workshop start date: No refunds will be issued.
If a participant's space can be filled from a wait-list or by another paying participant, Hall of the Wild Studios may, at its sole discretion, provide a larger refund amount.
If Hall of the Wild Studios cancels the workshop, all workshop fees paid to Hall of the Wild Studios will be refunded in full. Hall of the Wild Studios is not responsible for airline tickets, lodging outside the workshop itinerary, travel insurance, or any other expenses incurred by participants.
*It is highly recommended that you have all of the necessary travel and gear insurance for your safety during this trip. We will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, sickness, theft, loss or damage to you or your gear, while traveling to, from, or during the workshop.
